Renowned Performer Pat Finn, a versatile actor, Famed For Roles in Seinfeld and The Middle, Has Died at the Age of Sixty.
American performer Pat Finn, who was seen in popular TV shows such as Friends, Seinfeld and "The Middle", has passed away aged 60.
The skilled improv artist succumbed at his home in Los Angeles on Monday having undergone treatment for a cancer diagnosis beginning in 2022, per news outlets.
"Pat considered no one a stranger - only friends he hadn't encountered," his relatives shared in a announcement.
They noted that he had "lived his life fully - with joy and exuberance".
An Extensive Career on Screen
His debut TV appearance was on a show starring George Wendt in 1995, where he appeared as the brother of the main character.
He was also seen in a repeating character on "Murphy Brown" from 1995 to 1997.
He played the part of a party host named Joe Mayo in "Seinfeld" in 1998, playing a party host who would assign tedious tasks to his guests.

His most famous role for his portrayal of the character Bill Norwood in The Middle, starring in eight seasons over nearly a decade.

Off-Screen Life
Outside of his acting parts, Finn was an improv performer and also taught at the Colorado university, where he was an adjunct professor.
He was part of a comedy group of six named Beer Shark Mice.
"Finn guided, supported, and advised many learners over the years and it would be difficult to find someone anywhere who has an unkind word to say about him," his family wrote.
Offering condolences, peer actor Richard Kind noted there was "no kinder, gentler, funnier, authentic human being you could encounter".
"Always positive, helping you be funnier and better. A great dad, a great guy," he posted on social media.
The actor is remembered by his wife Donna, three children, and his parents and siblings.
